Chocolate Chia "Budino"
A budino is a decadent, delicious custard-based Italian dessert – and this is my healthy spin on it. Chia seeds and coconut yogurt (but regular yogurt works too!) work together to make this luxuriously rich pudding that’s chalk-full of healthy superfoods. This is a dessert you’ll really feel good about eating!

Have made this with coconut yogurt, vanilla regular yogurt, and plain Greek yogurt (based on what I had in the house). All were delicious, but the texture of the first two is preferable. Highly recommend this recipe. It tasty fancy and decadent, all while being healthy.
WOW, this is so simple and so delicious! Big hit!!
Looks good. When you say you can use regular yogurt, can you use Greek yogurt?
I made this and it was delicious
