This is the best GF pasta I’ve had. It has great texture which is usually the issue for me with most options out there. Even on leftovers, it holds up unlike any I’ve had and doesn’t get gritty like others. I will be a repeat customer.

Love your pastas. Have ordered many times. Its tastes as close as possible to regular pasta. It stands up well to all sauces and reheats well. I was wondering if your at all thinking of making other shapes like elbows or shells. Maybe some stuffed pastas like ravioli and tortellini..
