A sunset walk through the Tuscan countryside stirs up the scent of rosemary, thyme, and sweet fennel, which grow wild in the rugged hills of this beautiful region. That quintessentially Italian fragrance is captured in our Tuscan Grill herb blend, which combines these and other slow-dried herbs for a beautifully versatile, salt-free seasoning. Giada crafted this blend to complement grilled meats of all kinds, but it’s just as welcome on roast chicken, in meatballs, or even in a homemade Italian vinaigrette. With this jar, you’ll be ready to make your own bistecca alla fiorentina to rival the best that Florence has to offer!

The herbs for our Giadzy seasoning blends are grown in the rich volcanic soil of Pantelleria, a rocky island off the southwest coast of Sicily near Tunisia that is home to dramatic volcanic craters and hot springs. The island’s nutrient-rich soil and powerful sun of the southern Mediterranean gives these herbs a potency and complexity you won’t find anywhere else. All of the herbs are harvested at their peak and slowly dried in the shade to preserve their intense flavor, after which they’re carefully hand-sorted to protect the fragile leaves as they’re packaged. Each Giadzy seasoning was carefully blended by Giada herself to capture the flavors she relies on in her own cooking, conveniently blended for home cooks.

This seasoning is a combination of flavorful dried rosemary, sage, garlic, fennel, thyme, and basil. Add a liberal sprinkle to marinades for meats that are destined for the grill to add a rich, fragrant note. Use as a rub for roast chicken or add to your meatball blend to flavor them from the inside out.
