With this quarterly box, you have the choice to try all three new recipes right away or fit one into your cooking routine every month. It’s a new way to discover deliciousness at your own pace. For summer, the box will contain ingredients and directions for the following recipes:

Spaghetti Alla Carrettiera: A Sicilian pasta that’s a perfect example of how simplicity shines when the ingredients are fabulous. The sauce is completely no-cook, in summery Sicilian fashion. It’s rich with olive oil flavor, garlic and a hint of spice, all tied together with a crispy breadcrumb finish.

Marinated Tomato Bucatini: Welcome to your newest summer recipe obsession. Another no-cook sauce, this one calls for our sweet Corbara tomatoes to be marinated in flavorful aromatics: olive oil, shallots, garlic, lemon and salt. Magic happens during this marinade, and once it’s tossed with pasta, Parm and basil, you have a pasta that tastes like a languid summer night in Italy.

Zucchini Pasta Parmesan: Giada loves a zucchini pasta, and this one combines her beloved Zucchini Parmesan with baked ziti. The result is a recipe that delivers on cheesy, crispy-topped comfort, but still brings on all that fresh summer flavor.

How it works: Boxes will be sent once every three months. Each box will cost between $110 and $130, depending on the products included, and will contain the ingredients needed to cook all three of the seasonal recipes described above. You’ll receive an email before each shipment to remind you that your subscription charge is coming. When you get your items, you will receive an email with tips on how to use each product in your box. Your credit card will only be billed when your shipment is sent, and subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Not able to use your shipment this time? The recipes haven’t been favorites of my family. Out of the 3, there is usually only one I like and the customer service hasn’t been great. I hate writing this because I love Giada, but after trying to contact customer service numerous times regarding an order that was damaged upon arrival, the response I got was disappointing. I purchased many things online, including food. I’m also a member of other meal prep type companies. I think it would be beneficial to receive an email prior to the shipment notifying us of what’s going to be in it so that we can make sure our family likes it or maybe we could substitute I really like the idea of this and there have been many pastas that I’ve loved but between my recent customer service experience and the disappointment of my family (some of them are picky) in the last couple of recipes, I unfortunately have to leave this review

Often the tomato sauce is so spicy hot we can’t eat it.
