Organic Spaghetti Chitarra Pasta: Our Giadzy organic spaghetti chitarra has an unexpected edge—literally! With squared edges, this geometric shape is an Abruzzese specialty traditionally made with a wooden frame strung tightly with wires called a chitarra (literally "guitar"). After pressing the dough into the wires using a rolling pin, the pasta maker strums the strings as if they were playing a guitar to shake the finished pasta loose. While it remains a favorite in Abruzzo, spaghetti chitarra has found fans across Italy for its ever-so-slightly rough texture and hearty versatility.
Organic Orecchiette Pasta: The iconic “little ears” of Puglia are even better when they’re made by our master pasta artisans in the hills of Abruzzo. Traditionally, these little rounds of pasta are rolled by hand, one by one, by women who sit outside in Bari and ply their pasta trade. Our Giadzy orecchiette preserves that hand-rolled charm and satisfyingly rustic texture for a delicious pasta bite that pairs beautifully with sausage, greens, and other smaller ingredients.
Organic Coastal Puglia Olive Oil: Big personality is the name of the game with our Coastal Puglia extra virgin olive oil, made with 100% organic Coratina olives along the Adriatic Sea. It’s unapologetic in its flavor: bold, peppery, but balanced with herbaceous fruity notes. The robust flavor isn’t just prized for culinary purposes, either - that signature spicy kick is a hallmark of remarkable health benefits. Coratina olive oil boasts some of the highest polyphenol levels found in any oil, at 500 to 700 mg/kg at the pressing stage. Translation: this olive oil is jam-packed with antioxidants, making it a top tier choice for wellness purposes.
Nickel-Free Tomato Passata: When flavorful fresh tomatoes aren’t available, our ripe tomato passata is here to step in. Much more than your everyday tomato puree, passata is made with fresh tomatoes instead of cooked, giving it an elegant lightness of flavor and texture. It’s as if you had freshly grated, peak-of-summer tomatoes at your fingertips all year round.
Spicy Seasoned Salt: With our well-rounded Spicy Seasoned Salt in your pantry, you may never reach for another seasoning again. This blend has everything: a mild, fruity heat from sun-dried Sicilian chilis, bright lemon zest, and gorgeously perfumed oregano and rosemary, all combined with coarse natural sea salt that comes straight from the Mediterranean itself. It’s a versatile blend crafted by Giada to give any dish a distinctly Italian character with lots of personality.
2 Cans Whole Unpeeled Red Datterini Tomatoes: While the name of these tomatoes translates to “little date,” they might as well be called nature’s candy. These whole, unpeeled little tomatoes are naturally sweeter than your standard cherry tomato, with an oval shape and fewer seeds. They’re preserved in their own juice so you can use the whole can and get nothing but pure summer flavor.

The Giadzy service is slow and lacks empathy. They take 5 days to even process the order - it ships and takes about 10-12 days to get to you. When you wrote, they always make an excuse. We received a box with cheese in it - it was marked in red on the side “perishable” keep refrigerated. I wrote an Giadzy service said don’t worry about it even though it was in transit for over 5 days without dry ice or anything. They refused a refund. They blame holidays but truth is, Giadzy handles these issues the same during Mon holiday time as I’ve sent boxes many times. This year will be my last ~ it’s too bad ~ just seems like poor service and corporate greed.

Just made an excellent batch of spaghetti with the pasta and products that came with the Essentials kit. The tomatoes and passata were top notch; sweet and flavorful. Great olive oil. The pasta cooked up perfectly following the instructions.
It all made a fantastic meal that gave my wife and I excellent leftovers for days.

I already contacted customer service. Please note on your website that states gifts are in decorative boxes. This should be taken off because like customer service told me you are being more environmentally friendly. Came in a mailing cardboard box that was ripped in transit. Did not make a good presentation at all. I had to buy my own basket and take everything out of bubble wrap and make it look better. Giada prides herself on presentation. On this one she failed. Poor presentation. I could have gone to the grocery store, bought my own products and made my own gift. I thought with the name Giada that it would be awesome. Not buying from her again. I ordered gifts from two other Italian product companies and they came packaged beautifully
We ordered the Go To Italian Gift Box and it arrived without being boxed in the "gift box". This defeated the purpose of presenting this as a gift. Tried contacting Giadzy customer service to report this via Chat and email to no avail. Very disappointed.
