Ingredients

  • 2 sprigs basil
  • 1 thin slice of lemon
  • 1/4 ounce agave
  • 2 ounces bourbon

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, muddle one sprig of basil with the slice of lemon and the agave. Add the bourbon and a few cubes of ice and stir with a bar spoon for 30 seconds to chill. Strain into a rocks glass and add crushed ice to fill. Serve garnished with the remaining basil sprig.
