Kombucha, with its tart flavor and slight fizz, is an ideal cocktail mixer. Because it’s available in a wide range of flavors, the possibilities are practically endless. My new favorite combination is this gin, mint, and ginger kombucha – the ginger aids in digestion, making it a powerhouse antidote to decadent brunches and snack-heavy cocktail parties.
Ginger Kombucha & Gin Refresher
- 1 sprig of mint
- 1 slice of lime
- 1 ounce gin
- 4 ounces ginger kombucha such as GT's
- In a tall glass, lightly muddle the mint and lime. Add the gin and stir to combine. Add ice to fill. Top with the kombucha and stir before serving to combined and chill thoroughly.
