Did you know that Italy is home to many kinds of pesto beyond the traditional green pesto alla Genovese? This recipe is inspired by a Sicilian classic, Pesto alla Trapanese, which swaps basil-forward flavor for something a little brighter, thanks to sweet cherry tomatoes.

With our polyphenol-rich Coratina olive oil, almonds, and tomatoes full of lycopene (a powerful antioxidant), we’re calling this Polyphenol Pesto. It’s a sauce built on ingredients that don’t just taste good - they’re chosen for how good they are for you, too.
