No Bake Cheesecake & Jam Bars
In the heat of summer, it’s nice to prep desserts that require no baking or stovetop action. These No Bake Cheesecake Jam Bars are the way to go.
They’ve got a velvety filling and a buttery crust made with almond biscotti crumbs. Just top them off with any of your favorite jam flavors. (We love wild strawberry or fig!)
Make this ahead and put it in the fridge or freezer overnight to serve your cheesecake bars refreshingly cold the next day.
