The world’s finest tomatoes grow in Southern Italy, where the hot summer sun concentrates their flavor as they ripen. Giadzy tomatoes are grown by family farmers working sustainably in the mineral-rich volcanic soil at the base of Mount Vesuvius. We’ve sourced unique varieties that can’t be found anywhere else, chosen for their complex flavor and rich sweetness. They’re grown the old-fashioned way, supported by wooden stakes on terraced hillsides, watered only by the rain.

Harvested by hand at their peak, these intensely flavorful tomatoes are processed quickly at low temperatures to preserve their freshness and nutrition. We choose to leave them whole, preserved in their own juices, so they can be enjoyed just as nature intended. They’re the closest you can get to savoring freshly picked summer tomatoes all year round.
