Pappardelle are wide, flat noodles that are super easy to make by hand. Start by grabbing a smaller chunk of dough and rolling it out as thin as possible with a rolling pin (ideally, if you hold up the sheet of dough, you’ll want to see the silhouette of your hand on the other side!).
