A simple addition of dijon mustard takes our classic vinaigrette from simple to tangy!
Tangy Dijon Vinaigrette
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Pour the cider vinegar into a small bowl and add the mustard. Drizzle in the oil in a steady stream while whisking until the oil is fully incorporated. Season with the salt and pepper and whisk to combine.
