This super refreshing, frothy iced coffee is perfect for a warm morning.
- 1/2 cup cold-brew coffee
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest

- Combine the coffee, agave and lemon zest in a shaker half-filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds, until frothy. Empty the shaker into a rocks glass.
