Italian Amaro Soda
Amaro is a bitter Italian liqueur that has tons of nuanced notes of flavor – I just love it in cocktails. In Italy, it’s meant to be consumed as an after-dinner cocktail (a digestivo) to help ease digestion. Coupled with gingerale, this mixed drink is the ultimate digestion aid… and it tastes great! Amaro, gingerale and lime come together to make a combination that tastes a lot like a grown-up soda. Give it a try – this is one of my favorites!
