We all know the classic worms-and-dirt of our childhoods: a layer of chocolate pudding, crushed cookies and cream, and gummy worms on top! Dr. Uma and Giadzy came together to provide a healthier spin on the nostalgic creation, with all the rich chocolate flavor and none of the sugar-crashing later.
“Swap out processed “dirt pudding” made of creme biscuits and pudding mix for nourishing dark chocolate avocado mousse, cacao nibs, and bits of chopped berries for a scary good treat. Real Dark Chocolate is rich in “serotonin.” – which is the chemical used in medications to treat anxiety and stress. Research has shown that eating dark chocolate was associated with a 70% reduced risk of depression.” – Dr. Uma Naidoo
