Recipe of the Month: Pasta Alla Zozzona

For November, the recipe is Pasta Alla Zozzona. A crowd-pleasing mash-up of two of Rome’s most famous pasta recipes, Pasta alla Zozzona combines the creamy decadence of carbonara with the deep tomato flavor of amatriciana. While its name means “dirty,” there’s nothing unpleasant about this delicious new dish!
