This “rich and creamy” condiment is so named because of its dense, syrupy quality, similar in texture to an ultra-aged balsamico. The line is inspired by Ponti's constant research for intense flavors that bring the most to your dishes. It begins with their own apple cider vinegar, made from Italian-grown apples that are pressed and fermented in their factory at the foot of Monviso in the Piedmont Alps. It’s combined with grape musts from family vineyards and cherry juice from local orchards, cooked down until it thickens and becomes ultra-concentrated.
