Three different pasta shapes + two ready sauces + Giada's favorite tomato, and one quintessential Italian spices pack = infinite delicious options.

This box contains:

Organic Bucatini Pasta: On first glance, this organic bucatini from Zaccagni looks like a chunkier spaghetti. But look closer, and you’ll see that it’s hollow—the name is derived from the Italian word buco (“hole”). This straw-like shape has a clever double purpose: In addition to soaking up sauce for extra-flavorful bites, the hollow center also ensures that the thick pasta cooks evenly inside and out.

Nodi Marini Pasta: Nodi marini ("sailor's knots") from Setaro are loosely twisted coils of pasta, so named because they resemble the complicated rope knots that all sailors must know. One of Giada’s favorite shapes, she discovered it on a trip to Italy and was determined to bring it back to the U.S.! In Puglia, it’s sometimes known as molloni (“springs”), while in parts of Naples it’s known as vesuvio, in honor of the great volcano Vesuvius that towers over the region. No matter what you call it, each knotty bite is a delight.

Fusilli Corti Pasta: Setaro’s fusilli Corti is not your everyday fusilli! These perfect corkscrews are so named because they were traditionally made by hand by deftly wrapping each strand around a knitting needle or spindle (fusilli comes from the word fuso, or spindle). Now, they’re produced on traditional bronze dies in the Setaro family factory in a process that’s a little less painstaking but no less delicious. It’s a whimsical shape that’s hard to find in the U.S. and is only made by a few Italian pasta producers.

Organic Arrabiata Sauce: With a jar of this organic arrabbiata sauce from Bio Orto in your pantry, you’ll have a delicious dinner ready in as much time as takes to boil pasta. It starts with ripe tomatoes from Puglia, the “heel” of Italy’s boot, where the southern heat is tempered by cool breezes from the surrounding Mediterranean Sea. The tomatoes’ natural sugars are concentrated by long hours in the sun, giving them a well-balanced flavor profile that sings with ripe sweetness and umami goodness. They’re cooked with organic olive oil, spicy chiles, and plenty of garlic to capture the essence of this beloved Italian dish.

Pesto with Capers and Almonds: You don’t have to love capers to enjoy this pesto with capers and almonds from Kazzen—their tart umami essence gives the bright herbal sauce a delicious flavor boost. But if you’re already a fan of the little green buds, which are a secret ingredient in some of our favorite punchy Italian dishes, you’ll love this new way to enjoy their unique flavor. It combines Pantelleria’s famous capers with creamy Sicilian almonds and fresh herbs for a bold take on the classic Genoese sauce.

Corbara Pomodorini Whole Tomatoes: These whole, unpeeled pomodorini (“tiny tomatoes”) in tomato sauce from I Sapori di Corbara are bite-sized, bell-shaped cherry tomatoes grown near the Amalfi Coast. Even more highly prized than the famous San Marzano, they have a distinctive sweet-tart profile that can’t be beaten. They’re Giada’s pick for sauces that need to sing with pure tomato flavor.

Linguine Alla Puttanesca Spice Kit: Dinner has never been easier thanks to this linguine alla puttanesca spice blend from Tutto Calabria. All of the big flavors of the classic Italian dish—capers, black olives, garlic, tomatoes, and basil—are dehydrated in this small but mighty package straight from sunny Calabria. With this convenient blend of traditional flavorings, all you need to add is a packet of pasta and a can of tomatoes for a flavorful feast in a matter of minutes.
