Sauce lovers, this is the pasta shape for you. Gnocchetti Napoletani (the smaller version of Gnocchi Napoletani) is a small conical pasta with an open shell on one end. It features a perfect cup for sauces of all kinds, ensuring a just-right bite every time. This southern-Italian style of gnocchi is not the fluffy potato dumpling that might be most familiar, but rather they’re made entirely of the highest quality semolina flour and water. Setaro have been making pasta in Torre Annunziata in Naples the same way for more than 80 years, using fresh semolina flour that is minimally processed for maximum flavor. The bronze dies give the pasta a rustic, porous texture that sauce clings to, and the low-temperature drying process ensures a perfectly al dente texture.


Note: All pastas should be cooked until al dente. There is no specific cook time on these pasta bags. You are encouraged to start tasting the pasta about 10 minutes in to the boiling time!
