The Quaglia family has been dedicated to flour in all its forms since 1914, when Giuseppe Quaglia built his first mill on (literally on!) the river Adige. They specialize in grains of all kinds, including gluten-free. The result is this perfectly blended gluten-free flour for soft bread and pizza with a strong structure!
