Made by the Setaro family on the same street in Torre Annunziata where they have been making pasta since 1939 — the same street, in fact, where Giada’s grandfather once made his own pasta! — this pasta is robust, delightfully chewy and flavorful thanks to the minimally processed semolina flour.
