Bell Pepper Giardiniera
Morgan and his wife Luciana have been making this artisanal Giardinera since 2012, and it’s a true labor of love. All made by hand in Italy with no chemical additives, and using produce only from local sustainable farms, these Italian pickled veggies are perfect in their simplicity. This giardiniera variety featured red and yellow peppers in agrodolce – aka, a sweet and sour sauce. These high-quality peppers retain all of their crunch, making it a great addition to a variety of dishes that could use a touch of texture and bright flavor. Add them to sandwiches, pizza, salads, or served simply alongside charcuterie for a taste of summery goodness all year round.
