On its own, Irish whiskey has banana notes, so infusing it with bananas brings out the fruity flavor even more.
Banana Cinnamon Whiskey
4 bananas, broken into 2-inch pieces
4 cinnamon sticks
1 (750 ml) bottle of Irish Whisky, such as Jameson
Place the bananas and cinnamon sticks in a medium bowl. Pour the whiskey over the banana mix. Cover with a piece of plastic wrap and poke a few holes in the top. Allow the mixture to sit for 3 days.
Strain the bananas out of the whiskey and pour it back in the bottle or into clean resealable glass bottles.
