Crostini with Smoked Whitefish
1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 a baguette, sliced into 20 (1/4inch) slices
8 ounces flaked whitefish
2 tablespoon dill, chopped
6 tablespoons crème fraiche
20 caper berries, halved

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small bowl, mix together the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, onion, garlic and salt. Brush each slice of baguette on both sides with olive oil and spread them out on a rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle the seed mixture evenly over the bread. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the flaked white fish, dill and crème fraiche with a rubber spatula.
Top each crostini with a spoonful of the salad and top with 2 caper berry halves.
