1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Line a sheet tray with aluminum foil and put the whole, unpeeled bananas on the tray with the peel in tact.
3. Bake for 15-30 minutes, until banana peel is slightly brown.
4. Use for banana bread, muffins or pancakes as usual. Viola!
