This looks delicious. I received your Weeknight Dinners cookbook as a gift recently and lightened up your Chicken with Tarragon and White Wine recipe by eliminating most of the oil, not dredging the chicken, and eliminating the butter and slurry at the end. I reduced the sauce and shook in a tiny bit of Wondra to tighten it up. We served the chicken and sauce over Cauliflower Rice. Outstanding results!

This recipe was absolutely delicious and so easy. I had some ricotta in the fridge that had to be used up. Hubby won't eat peas so used broccoli, cauliflower and mushrooms instead to veg it up. The lemon zest absolutely made the dish and will definitely make it again. YAY, Giada!
