Throughout Giada’s years of developing Thanksgiving menus, there’s been one constant throughout: an Italian flair. A little bit of la dolce vita makes everything better, right?
Whether it means a turkey wrapped in crispy prosciutto, rolled in the style of irresistable porchetta, or spatchcocked and doused with citrus and herbs – we think the main event is only enhanced by a little influence from our favorite place… and don’t even get us started on Giada’s ciabatta stuffing with chestnuts and pancetta. This is Italian-meets-Americana at it’s very very best.
