What better way to cap off a perfect summer beach day than a sunset aperitivo?
We did cocktail hour right on this episode of Giada On The Beach, complete with cheesy Sausage and Broccolini Panini, Crab and Potato Frittata bites, and a charcuterie platter accompanied by my bright and tangy Grape and Red Onion Mostarda.
The star of the show is, of course, is the aperitif itself – The Rosé Spritz! It’s my new favorite summertime sipper, with refreshing tartness from grapefruit and Aperol balanced by sweet pink prosecco.
