We take regular trips to Italy to meet artisans who are keeping family traditions alive. Many of our producer partners have been in the same business for generations, or have turned a personal passion into their livelihood. Some are dedicated to bringing back heritage crops or recipes that were nearly lost. Sustainability and care for the land are key, so we make sure to see the farms and farmers in person. We hear their stories, walk their land, and come to understand why what they do is so special. More than just food, we’re bringing back a piece of their culture that we are honored to share with you.
