Pasta Box

Each delivery of this curated subscription box contains three different pasta shapes that have been selected for versatility and fun. From hard-to-find regional specialties to fan-favorite staples, this box selects from the wide range of options in the Giadzy shop from producers in Campania, Abruzzo, and across Italy. All of our pasta suppliers work with the finest Italian flours and artisan equipment, such as bronze dies, which create a rough surface texture that clings to the sauce. Pastas are slowly air-dried rather than flash-baked to protect the dough’s texture and delicate flavor, resulting in a dense, flavorful cut that cooks to the perfect al dente texture every time.

Your first shipment will be our Welcome Box, designed to be the perfect entry point for your pasta journey. The Welcome Box contains three shapes from our just-launched Giadzy Pasta line, Bucatini Lunghi, Nodi Marini, and pappardelle, Each subsequent box will continue to introduce you to new favorites and keep you well-stocked with delicious pasta. 

Now that you’re on your way to becoming a pasta master, remember Giada’s No. 1 cooking tip: save some of the starchy cooking water to add back when you toss the pasta with sauce! This easy move brings the dish together and thickens sauce to the perfect consistency to coat every single piece. It’s an instant passport to restaurant-quality pasta at home. 

How it works: Each box will cost between $25–$30 per month (actual box value is $30-$35), depending on the products included. You’ll receive an email before each shipment to remind you that your subscription charge is coming. Your credit card will only be billed when your shipment is sent, and subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Not able to use your shipment this month? You always have the option to skip a month.
