With a new original and delicious recipe mixing Milk Chocolate, soft Caramel filling, and crunchy Hazelnut grains covered with Dark Chocolate, showcasing the nationally recognized, IGP-certified nocciola Piemontese (Piedmont hazelnut) in all its glory.

Baci di Dama Cookies: Baci Di Dama is a traditional type of filled cookie that means "Lady's kisses" in Italian. The name was given due to its confection, two cookies together with a filled chocolate layer in between - like a sandwich or a kiss. Although there are many variations of Baci Di Dama, the traditional recipe is made with hazelnut filled with chocolate.

Piedmontese hazelnuts are so precious that they are IGP-certified (the official Italian designation for products that are best in a specific region); their orchards are a UNESCO heritage site! More flavorful than your average hazelnut, nocciola Piemonte has a rich, complex flavor that stands up to the dark cocoa in this creamy spread. Dolcetto Wine Jelly: This dolcetto wine jelly from Prunotto Mariangela is a unique way to boost your next wine and cheese night! While the Piedmont region is best known internationally for wine heavy hitters such as barolo and barbaresco, it’s also home to a wide variety of native grapes and styles that rarely make it out of the country. Dolcetto is one of the most beloved of these wines, a well-balanced, medium-bodied red that is adored by locals for its easy drinking quality.

Marrons Glaces Cream: Silky, smooth, and deliciously nutty, this chestnut cream from Agrimontana is the pinnacle of the pastry maker’s art. Its simplicity is brilliant, made only with the prized chestnuts that grow in the northwestern Piedmont region, Madagascar vanilla, and cane sugar, pureed on specially calibrated machines until it reaches the perfect luscious texture. The result is an old-fashioned sweet with a delicate, round taste that’s perfect for sweets of all kinds.
