Ingredients
1 package of cheese ravioli (about 24 ravioli)
- 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder

1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
½ teaspoon kosher salt
- Oil, for frying
- 1 cup of marinara sauce
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley

Calabrian chili paste, to drizzle

1/4 cup of sliced black olives
Instructions
In a shallow dish, combine the panko breadcrumbs, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, paprika and salt.
- In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
- Dip each ravioli in the egg mixture and then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing the breadcrumbs to adhere.
- Add at least 2 inches of oil to a heavy-bottomed skillet. Heat over medium-high heat. Fry the ravioli in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. In a large baking dish, spread the layer of fried ravioli. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake until golden brown, about 7 to 10 minutes.
- Top with warmed marinara sauce, fresh parsley, black olives, Calabrian chili paste, or any of your favorite toppings.
